1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering cost, civil engineering related major;
2. More than 5 years working experience; more than 3 years working experience in the same position in large and medium-sized enterprises, with registered cost engineer certificate is preferred;
3. Familiar with bidding, visa, pre settlement and other work processes, at least completed a project related work, and skilled in the use of Guanglianda software.
4. Have strong ability of organization, coordination, communication, negotiation and pressure resistance.
1、及時掌握有關(guān)的經(jīng)濟政策、法規(guī)的變化，如人工費、材料費等費用的調(diào)整，及時分析提供調(diào)整后的數(shù)據(jù)；
2、協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理編制施工圖（施工）預(yù)算，正確計算工程量及套用定額，做好工料分析，并及時做好預(yù)算主要實物量對比工作；
3、施工過程中要及時收集技術(shù)變更和簽證單，并依次進行登記編號，及時做好增減帳，作為工程決算的依據(jù)；
4、協(xié)助部門主管正確及時編制竣工決算，隨時掌握預(yù)算成本、實際成本，做到心中有數(shù)；
1、工程造價、工民建相關(guān)專業(yè)，大專以上學(xué)歷，持有注冊造價工程師證；
2、2年以上同等崗位工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉項目的預(yù)決算流程及工程合同等；
3、具備較強的組織協(xié)調(diào)、統(tǒng)籌計劃及抗壓能力，工作認真，吃苦耐勞。
1、負責(zé)項目進度計劃控制，負責(zé)組織編制項目季度、月度、周進度計劃編制，并對執(zhí)行情況進行監(jiān)督、檢查和調(diào)整
2、負責(zé)項目現(xiàn)場材料及物資設(shè)備的計劃審核、調(diào)配和管理，全面負責(zé)開展生產(chǎn)工作；
3、負責(zé)項目勞務(wù)日常生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)和管理；
4、負責(zé)組織現(xiàn)場按照施工組織設(shè)計、施工方案、技術(shù)交底進行施工；協(xié)助總工解決工程中的技術(shù)問題；
5、負責(zé)組織現(xiàn)場落實各項工程質(zhì)量、安全、文明施工要求。
1、工民建相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科或以上學(xué)歷；
2、5年以上施工現(xiàn)場管理經(jīng)驗，3年以上大中型企業(yè)同等崗位工作經(jīng)驗；持有一級或以上建造師資格證優(yōu)先;
3、熟悉施工現(xiàn)場資源投入和生產(chǎn)運營；
4、具備較強的組織協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力、統(tǒng)籌計劃能力以及抗壓能力。
1. 負責(zé)收集、了解與公司相關(guān)的各類國家、地方的政策信息以及查找各類公司及產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)項目申報信息；
2. 負責(zé)擬寫《項目可行性報告》、《項目單行材料》、《項目申請報告》；
3. 負責(zé)編寫并提交有關(guān)項目的申報資料；
4. 負責(zé)和政府資助項目相關(guān)主管部門的日常聯(lián)絡(luò)和關(guān)系維護;
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，電子信息類專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2. 一年以上政府專項資金扶持項目全程管控經(jīng)驗；
4. 具備政府專項資金扶持項目管理、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理、資質(zhì)認定與管理等知識；
5. 具備電子信息領(lǐng)域政府專項資金扶持項目申報與管理方面的獨立申報能力；
6. 一定的公關(guān)能力、一定的應(yīng)用寫作能力、良好的團隊協(xié)作能力；
